Courage at Sea

In the high turbulent sea
Far away from the coast
Were controlling their emotions
When these were hurting most
Tired, torn seamen
Yearning for relief
Consoling one another
Nourishing their belief
Control over one-self
Is easier said than done
Surely more difficult
Than anything else, under the sun
