Why is it necessary
To pass judgement
On situations and happening around?
Why not accept
Realities as they come?
In nature’s intelligence these abound.
Why give unsolicited opinions?
Why not reserve they for occasions
When these are sought?
Why be only a speaker?
Why not be a listener?
Why not practice the art of silence
And accept nature’s course of action.
Each moment you must live
Trying to achieve your task
Define, focus, clearly see
Remove completely haze or mask
You must know what you want
Don’t get started if you can’t
Hardwork is not all you need
Remind,review,and pay heed
For success invariably eludes
One who remains confused
Healthy body with a healthy mind
Juxtaposed and intertwined
Makes a combination unique
Brings out skills,better technique
Whoever thought life is an art
Must not leave science apart
Beautiful life is a meeting ground
Where science and art are duly bound.
Thank Almighty for the
New morning
And pray to Him for His help
So that through the day
You may achieve your objective
Come home happy and gay.
Satisfaction though must not sway
You so far that you forget
Later to regret
That you did not remember
Him, for the achievement
Is only the result of His Grace.
In summer, sunshine goes in vain
Why can’t we store and use in rains
One may not be able to fight
What Nature ordain
There is a lot which man/woman
Must do in his/her own domain
When wheel of Fortune favours you, sure!
Stop flying high, think for a moment
How to be secure?
For fortune’s wheel; you may loose
Your turn
Leaving you with
Hard lessons to learn.
Jealously we all know
Is bad
Yet most people are jealous
It is sad
Success of your friend or foe
You know
Inside somewhere
Makes you mad.
Don’t you worry, dear
I shall have it arranged
Justice in my country
I keep with me
No one will harm you
And you will be free
“But I am innocent” she did cry
To convince him of that; she did try
“I know that darling
But this country is not yours
Unless you agree; they’ll use great force
To make you confess
That you have carried the crime
What is the truth
Who cares a dime!”
She thought for a while
But she was confused
Closely he watched her face to study her mood
With a hidden villainous smile.
“Decide fast, you mustn’t brood
A lot will have to be done thereafter”
“O.K I’ll confess what I
Haven’t done”
Next morning in the court she confessed
She wanted to meet him
But he was nowhere to be seen
All her enquiries, efforts to contact him
Went in vain
She realised then that
She had become insane
To trust on someone she wanted to betray
Simply with his charm, she was carried away
You are sitting calm,
Carrying out your work
And you are expecting
Someone who is important to you
However, another person who has
Earlier angered you, no matter
The fault be his or your own
And there he appears to explain
Or to bemoan or to ask you for a favour.
However, you may have schooled
Your mind, to be kind;
You react in a manner unbefitting
You almost throw him out of office.
And worse, you loose your cool.
Left back memories in his room
Clouds of darkness overshadowed
Sunlight of his thoughts.
Accompanied by his wife
With two little kids
Undertaking journey so vast
Could the ‘break’ sought to clear the misunderstandings
It could not be clear
If joy or sadness it showed
Ink dried up
So did the ideas.
Tired body
Breed tired brain
The efforts to concentrate,
Go down the drain.
You wonder whatever is
The matter with you
Hoping to get better in a
Moment or two
Your efforts must not go down
On your ability, don’t frown
Just, have a break
As that’s what you need
Go for a long walk
Fresh air you breathe
Creativity returns
And, you are back to your own creed.
Everyone depends on faith
Belonging to any religion of the world
Or, even, a non- believer, an atheist
Relying on judgement
Entirely his own
When no respect for anyone is shown
Spirit of self-supremacy is grown
Invoke the power of faith
In time of need
Faith stands in good stead
Pays heed
Keep your options open and wide
Courage remains on your side
So long you keep your faith strong
Nothing will ever go wrong
